New Exhaust

My much-anticipated Viking custom exhaust arrived this afternoon. I knew @Paul Bryant had a reputation for workmanship but pictures just don't do this justice.

It's too dark in here for quality shots but I'll post some better pics once I get it mounted.

Absolutely. I've already reached out to a tuner and I've got a buddy to help me trailer the bike up there. I'd hate to burn the chrome.

I installed the new system on Saturday and I love it. Everything was a perfect drop-in fit, no hassles. The sound is great; a fair bit louder than stock but not at all obnoxious. The smaller mufflers seem (imho) much more proportional to the bike and make the rear end seem slimmed down.

The headers turned colors within 30 seconds or so of idling in the garage. I'm not sure if my bike is just running obnoxiously hot or if this was to be expected, but I love the look. Kudos to Paul for his fine work.

Next step is a proper dyno tune by Nels so I can actually ride this thing. Can't wait.

Looks great! Huge improvement over stock. Better looking, better sound, and better performance. One of the best mods you can make.
