One perhaps flaw I can see, is those gyros are going to pull a lot of juice running all the time.

The CEO of Lit Motors Daniel Kim is suing Laguna Seca raceway. He went into a corner too hot on his Ducati and ran off track and crashed, broke both legs. Apparently he thinks the race track made him do it.
