I want to install LED turn signals on my 2016 Roadster. I dont know if I need to install a load resistor and if so what size ( resistance ) to buy or a replacement relay ( I dont know what the difference is but I found a post about it). If I am only replacing the front ones and leaving the rear bulbs stock do I need to do this and if so what to do?

Thanks in advance for your advice

The input & output terminals are reversed positions
You can swap the terminals over in the socket but i usually discourage this as it creates an undocumented change that may cause confusion down the line
But of course it's not hard to do

Of course load resistors maintain an electrical load to work the regular flasher, but if using LED's is to save electricity, you won't save any with resistors! Best to find an LED rated relay!

Its not to reduce elictrical load. Just want them to work so I ordered a new flasher unit as suggested by De Cosse

Thanks for the help all!
