Harley LED lights. A direct fit. No mods needed. Just leave the plugs for the parking lights alone and remove the bulbs.
Fantastic upgrade. I can see at night for real. Like daylight! Truly WHITE LIGHT!
$702 for the pair. Big bucks but if you ride at night..an essential!
I chose the blackout look but they are available with a silver backing which look more like stock. Both style have the same illumination and cost the same.

I'm sure this is a dumb question, but is the amp draw the same between the HD lights and the Triumph's?

So they were a direct fit? No mods neccesary?

Easy peasy, Jim.
A direct fit and connection.
if you do it - be SURE you get the new Daymakers and not the JW Speakers.
I found a Harley dealer that sold them for like $600. I will try to find the info again.
This is the headlight you want - note the number of lights inside.

Found the place where I got mine. Kutter Harley $583 each!

LED's will always be more efficient than incandescent, so lower draw on these than the stock almost certainly.

I wonder if I could find one to fit the R3 Touring that has just one big headlight; been playing with the idea of add-on Clearviews but this might be a way to go as well.

I have heard that the Daymakers may be a bit too directional, as in leaning into a corner causes the light to light up all the wrong things and not ahead, but that's just what I read. So may go for a few polished stainless Clearwater Darla's still. More lamps make you more visible too.
