Good morning everyone and happy Easter!
I wanted to have help if possible on my problem .... in practice the bike when it is turned on remains the high minimum accelerated around 1200 rpm when then a small stroke of the accelerator returns to normal speed.
Yesterday I also made the ISCV adjustment to see if it passed, but it did not solve!
Anyone know what it could be? broken tps?

in tune ecu i can't turn the TPS green what is the procedure?

Thanks

Happy Easter to you. Have a look at BDclones post as he is having idle issues as well and folks have offered suggestions.

Can you tell if your stepper motor is operating properly?

hello I have seen the post now, I do not know how to check if the stepper motor works ..... even after adjusting the motor it went to 2700 rpm, I had to redo the calibration several times

You should be able to visually see it move when doing the ISCV TuneECU set up.
If you can hear it but the arm isn't moving maybe it's dirty or needs lubrication.
Inspect all the other components for dirt/bugs/muck.

Further advanced ISCV diagnostics are on Page 11.62 in the Service Manual

thank you very much I see it moving during the adjustment! I will try to lubricate

Sometimes the motor may idle fast when initially started, especially if it is a cold start, but it should return to its normal idle after a few seconds. If it returns after a blip on the throttle then I wouldn't worry too much.

I took some photos with Tunecu, look in the part of the minimum that values are sometimes 65486 I think this is not normal ....

spray/clean all throttle linkages and clean/lube under stepper motor.

do I spray the stepper motor shaft with oil?
under corrugated rubber?

others may have a better idea
what i use is wd40 under the rubber and on the return springs of throttle.
we r in a dusty area so i have to do this about once a year or mine will start sticking.
