How many Standard Rockets are out there..?

Does anyone know how many Standard Triumph Rocket III's were produced from 2004 till the time they stopped making them. For the past eight years i have only run into five or six here in the New England area and i've yet to see a Touring or a Roadster on the road. Are our numbers dwindling or is it just demographics..? After eight years i still get the crowds looking the Rocket over, and saying i've heard of the bike but this is the first time i've ever seen one.

i live in ri i got a 2009 touring model i saw on same color as mine in newport 2 tone blue i have seen a couple of either roadsters or classics riding around the area.

Might be time to pick up a good used rare bike, like a Harley.

Don't know how many have been made, but they're rare as hens teeth around here,
everybody and his dog owns a harley or harley clone.
Except at the RAA's I've only seen a total of 3 on the road.
1 blue standard, 1 red standard, and 1 blood & bone classic,
in the 5 years I've had mine and 3 years the wife has had hers.
might start lookin for a couple more since they are so rare....

At least you won't see as many red ones as the common-as-muck, trying-to-be-like-a-Harley, black ones.
