after installing triple unifilters it will idle up to 1500 rpm after warmed up anybody know what would cause this.2006 rocket pc111 jardines it didnt do this before triple mod

did you do a 12 min tune after the install? Did you remove the secondary throttle plates? did you check the throttle linkage incase the front filter is hitting it or the overflow tank? Just bouncing some thoughts out there.

did the 12 minute tune checked all areas mentioned . i did not remove secondaries. only thing not sure about when i did the install was routing the rubber lines under the tank. could it be caused by not removing secondaries?

I'm guessing you whacked your TPS when you where fiddling around. But that's my default answer for everything.

Check your vacum lines if ones off it could cause a High idle condition by not supplying enough vaccuum to the Map sensor. This wil send the wrong signal to the ECU.

ok checked vacuum lines seem to be all hooked up. im starting to think tps.what wire going to tps do you check for .6 volts

Wiring diagram is in the manual.

ok, here's MY deal.
Put on the K&N's. yes, all 5.
Moved rad overflow to under seat.
Put my new custom homemade exhaust on.
To loud so ordered and installed a baffle.
Had her Dynoed.
Up to this point all is good.
Lost the baffle out, engine light came on.
Called son to bring trailer.
took her to shop. they said and I quote,
"second throttle circuit threw a code".
On the invoice they said, and i again quote,
"2nd set of injectors failed to open for a split second".
Paid my money, bike rode like a champ on the way home.
Today, the engine light came back on and it started idling about 3000rpm, and ran like crap again.
I wiggled the 3 wires on the top of what I'm assuming is the TPS at the end of the fuel rail.
The idle dropped almost instantly back to 800.
Bike ran fine and engine light went back off.
It did this a couple of more times on the ride and each time I'd reach under my left leg and wiggle the wires and it'd straighten out.
A few questions now.
1) is this the TPS?
2) primary or secondary?
3) How hard is this to replace, just snip the wires and solder connectors back on and the one visible screw?
Thanks for the help guys.

Skip in this picture you can see the TPS black lower left opposite the injector the pigtali is not long so I would lift the tank and make sure it plugged all the way in. You can view the TPS with the tank down right where the back of the bear claw tank and seat meet.
