Yes Hondax is right on, make sure you have the correct tune. You might try the "12 minute tune" to see if that helps however it may be just a temporary solution. Just in case you don't know what the 12 min tune is: start your bike when cold and let it idle until you hear the fan kick on, then let it idle for 12 mins after the fan kicks on. Very important to not touch the throttle at all. This 'forces' adaptions in the ECU, kind of wipes the slate clean. Either way I would go back to the dealer to have them check it out.
