Easy Peasy!
Click on the "Upload a File" button at the middle lower right.
That will lead you to open the location of the pix you wish to load.
Last is to choose "Thumbnail" or "Full Image".
If you know how, I recommend reducing image to a 500, 750 or 1000 pixel width
and shrinking the file size for web use prior to posting.
