Heated Grip Replacement

I have 2005 Rocket standard with heated grips, the grips are nearly worn out but they still work okay.
Can I replace these with after market grips and still keep them heated or do they have to be replaced with Triumph accessory grips ?

Have not seen the Rocket heated grips as of yet but on my 99 Sprint ST the Triumph Heated Grips , the grips were replaceable separate from the heating element .
