What a coincidence, I just recieved my Hyperkewl vest from UPS today but I have not tried it yet. It's supposed to be maybe 120f (49c) in this area the first of next week so I will for sure find out how it works.

I use the cooling vest...works great. The more the venting through the jacket the better the cooling effect... speeds up the evaporation.

Leave it in water a good 5 minutes the first wetting - and weight it a bit so it is totally immersed.
