Don't know how to share the link, just saw a news story that Harley is releasing their electric bike in August, 2019. Only $29,000, lol. Better get my name on the list for that.
110 miles per charge....no long trips with that. And while some bikes need a fill up at 110, at least that only takes a minute or two. With this one you are down for a couple hours.
YES and they cant sell the new FXDR muscle bike that has lees than 80 HP LOL the local dealer only sold 1 at a discount price and they ordered 50 they are very unhappy about the poor response

Doesn't the new Tesla Model 3 start at $35,000? Harley can't argue the price of the battery and electric motor tech. It's almost like they want it to fail so they can say they tried.
this quote from the readers comments in the link..
"You know I like it but it's unrealistic on multiple levels. I'm probably exactly the demographic they are looking to get more of as I'm 33 and ride a 2006 Road King already. You need to have a house with a garage to charge the thing even - that's a big problem with electric vehicles for those of us who are apartment inclined. Price - that's in the eye of the beholder - but being able to charge the ****ed thing at night is pretty darned important."
