Handlebar Help?

This has nothing to do with Rockets. It's for another build I'm doing. I'm trying to find handlebars that I've seen before but can't locate. It was a handlebar that had a built-in riser with a horizontal bar at the base of the risers that bolted into the stock handlebar clamps. It was a one piece bar, essentially 2 vertical bars (the risers) and 2 horizontal bars (the top one being the handlebar and the short lower one being what bolts into the clamps).

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Not the T-bars, the one I'm looking for is just like it but they have a horizontal bar that goes between the base of the T-bars. Thanks
