George Clooney in 2 wheel accident

Some reports say motorcycle others say scooter. Either way he was riding to work when a car hit him, and he bounced off the windshield. Some bruises and scrapes, but luckily no broken bones.

Yeah but in Sardinia - you have to realise that the old half blind village guys have the right of way - ALWAYS. Same here.

An exceptionally fine actor but a typical Hollywood nut job. Glad he's OK though. The report I saw had a pic of the bike, or scooter, near the car. It looked to be a scooter with a little Givi trunk.

I piloted a Navy cruiser into La Maddalena, Sardinia in the early 80s and it was the most difficult I'd ever done with fiew reliable navigational references on which to take bearings. The town was lovely as I recall with the locals assuring us they were Sardegnas and not Italians. They were nice, friendly folks though and it was another enjoyable place to visit. I think I just loved visiting all of the European Mediterranean countries. The weather is just wonderful. I'd be riding a bike too if I was there.
