Gear box problems

hi,

I have owned my rocket for 4 months now been round Europe on it and love it.
However today I went down the road and suddenly lost 3rd and 4th gear. Sometimes it will find 3rd when gearing up but never when gearing down and 4th seems to have gone all together.

Any help would be much appreciated

The usual suspects will be along soon to point you in the correct direction,although there are 2 or 3 current threads of fellow rocketeers with the same problem.

Fowler’s have +4 in stock ,shall I pop down and get the lot? Amazing that a spring that costs £2.60 can cause soooooooo many problems.

I have seen clips on u tube with rocket gear boxes out, and there’s nothing left on the bike looks like a massive job

Here you go - I'm in the middle of addressing this very issue. Bollocks - Transmission failure.

The engine does not have to be removed to put detent Spring in. Look foray post by@idk. He has pdf down load on this project.
