First week with the R3R and New Bits

Well it has been a week since picking up the Roadster. I still cannot believe the balance and rideability they put into this bike. Even in traffic it is a pleasure to ride and can lane filter quite easily. Have put on the new Matt Black Flyscreen, the Tall Sissy Bar and Rack (thanks LoftyBob) and last night fitted the Oxford Cruiser HotGrips. The 1" Cruiser grips were a breeze to install and feel great. They will make a huge difference getting to work at 5.00 am in 2 to 3 degree Celsius weather. The misses will get onto the back for a cruise to the coffee shop about 60km into the country today. We went for a cruise along the beach late yesterday afternoon and I reckon she is sold on it too. Now I have her on board, buying the new exhaust may be easier.
