I have finally got around to installing the Dave Platt Deep Tone cat free exhaust and his performance high flow cross pipe. Happy with the looks and sound. Looks like a well put together exhaust, although if I'm going to be critical it's not quite the same black.
Just running a 12 minute tune to have a quick run out.
Then coffee and ram air kit to install. And got a Hanso tune to stick on her.

looks great, how did it sound?
I like the sound. The volume has gone up, but it's a much deeper tone. I'll get a little video at some point for you all. I'm pleased, it's exactly what I wanted. There's a bit of decel popping which I wasn't looking for. I'm sure that'll go once ram air and map is done.
I have the DP Shorty Outlaws and workmanship is exceptional. Adding the Ramair will make improvements
I didn't get the ram air done. Coffee turned to beers and the sun went to bed early.

Could have cleaned up the starter and ABS box - Tsk!. :sneaky:

Oh and why did you cover up the Landie with that silly bike? :D

He cannot clean the starter or ABS box has Britain has introduced a clean the starter and ABS box tax along with the sugar tax.

Good old Landrover passed my test in one back in 1976 when I joined the RCT (Royal Corps of Transport)
