Anyone here have extended shifter pegs on their touring? Between the fat tank and my chubby little legs I find that I have to pigeon toe the shifter. Will H/D pegs fit the R3?

OK, so after 108 looks none of yous rocket scientists, who talk of great velocity, wind parameters, head angles, tune maps, adjusting ecm's, lean angle variables, and other assorted stuff that no human should know, didnt know whether the shift peg is compatible with a Harley peg. Well the answer is above. In two days I will no longer have to shift pigeon toed. And for the tech savvy, the thread pitch is 8MM x 1.25. :whitstling:

I know what I said but Canberra picked up on the error......and I congratulated him on his alertness.....so there.....:sneaky:

or, in the kings english.....it's just breaking balls.

NativeOne came up with this mod and I did it to mine. Find a shifter from an 04 Speed Triple on fleabay. Cut off the toe piece. Buy a Longhorn shifter toe piece from Kuryakyn and mount it to the Speedy shifter. Bolts directly to the engine. None of that linkage crap.
