I took the bike in today and had it put on the dyno stock standard. I then went home and put in 'Penner's' tune and went back and put it on the dyno again...Here is the result showing RWHP....

Your dyno chart matches mine pretty close with the Penner tune. Nothing better than that flat table of torque.

What about the 178 pounds of torque on a stock Rocket? It seems high for torque but low for N-M. So 131 HP (that also seems low for stock but I certainly believe it).
I understand the new Rocket is 80 plus pounds less that my 2014 Rocket but I had 131 HP Dynoed on my old Rocket and seat of the pants on my new Rocket felt at least 10 HP more but evidentially the only thing I feel is minus the 80 lbs from the 14 Rocket and 10 pounds from my fat ass losing weight. I see the tune on my short list. Thanks and cheers.

The only change i have made to the bike is to remove the cat box and replace it with a 'boom box' which in affect is baffled only by the pipes within the box running this way and that...and muffler fibreglass packing. Dont know if this contributes to the high torque but?...and thgese are rear wheel figures not crank...they say add 15% for crank figures on a shaft drive bike so thats about 173HP or 180 PS.

Did it feel noticeably different to ride after just the tune?
I was surprised to feel a big difference. Usually the before and after is subtle. I've had many bikes tuned over the years, going back to carburetor days, and I've never felt a significant difference - until I put penners tune on my triumph. The difference is very noticeable.
