If that's the Triumph one, which i think it is, they dont make them any longer. You would have to be lucky to get one, and have the correct seat for it to fit into.
You could get an after market one that suits....google it and some will come up.

Correct I should have one in a few weeks to sell for a forum member @Tonester who is selling up due to health reasons.

He has a 2014 White stripe Roadster with a couple of rider's backrests (both A9708160 and A9708158) with 3x Classic Touring Dual seats for the Classic that fits Roadsters too.

The rider's backrests A9708160 and A9708158 are identical and interchangeable, just different colour vinyl - the Touring is duller grey to the Classic glossy black from memory.

Std, Classic and Roadster Model accessories.

I had purchased a New Old Stock Touring Rider's Backrest A9708158 from a dealer a year or so ago for Au$325 (approx. US$250) and @Tonester only found it was different colour when he opened the box.

The CLASSIC TOURING SEAT - DUAL A9708164 to fit Roadsters, R3 Stds and Classics - is still available brand new here in Oz for just Au$170 (approx. US$130) as the backrests have not officially been available for many years. Despite the hole with plug they are identical to the known to be the most comfortable OEM Triumph seat of all especially for pillion.

@Tonester 's Touring one A9708158 is still new in box never fitted.
I doubt he will want to sell it by itself and he has one other used in perfect condition rider's backrest A9708160.

He has 3 x CLASSIC TOURING SEAT - DUAL A9708164 2 brand new in box and one used great condition, so will try to sell them as pairs to shift the seats too.

So Not likely to suit your quest for a Touring one A9708158.

Do you have the suitable LONGHAUL TOURING SEAT - DUAL A9700209 yet @m6w6 ?

I have T2302130 (A9700210+A9700211), I. e. the two piece edition, and riding solo.

Hmm, I guess ...xxx09 is the one piece seat?

Yep without it there is nothing to fit the rider's backrest too.

You are in luck though as only the Touring model has a Solo seat accessory option with backrest.

If your solo seat has the square plug at the rear, which unbolts out, then the backrest will go on. If it dosn't have the plug then its the wrong seat for the back rest....
