Well at last I've managed to replace the broken Detent spring, so much work for a 10p spring. While at it its had new thrust bearing, actuator shaft return spring & a full "Barnet" HD clutch, hope my fingers hold out its quite a Lott heavier. Also found the radiator hoses had gone quite hard so fitted a set of "Samco" in blue, very pretty. So anyway that's my little update.

Yes I think your tight Mittzy, done a bit of riding now it seems ok.

That top water pump bolt looks a little damp in the picture keep a eye on it for leaks. You might have to add some Permatex to the copper washer faces.

Thanks for noticing that Warp, however I've checked it & all seems well but I will keep an eye on it.

Not worked out too well Boog, not my best photos, let me know if you want more shots. Forgive the state of the bike, weather turned filthy while out riding 1/2 hr after cleaning it.
