Once again leaning on you guys as I'm going crazy!

I refurbished the starter motor solenoid last week as I'd been getting the intermittent click associated with it. Once back together the bike started on the button every time.

Today it's totally refusing to start. , When I press the starter...nothing, even the lights don't go off (eb kit fitted) there is no sound, nothing at all:

Lights work
Needles sweep
Fuses ok
Battery leads ok

The only thing I've done to it is replace an aftermarket clutch lever with the original one.

Any ideas please?

Well that depends if you have buggered the switch - it is a little devil and easy to do.

Has anyone got a pic of the clutch switch and a bit of a how to? Technically challenged

Easy way to identify the switch and diagnose. You can jump ahead to 1:25, just boring chatter before that.

Mine did that one day, I gave it a wiggle and found that it had come out of the lever assembly a little.
I pushed it back in, it stayed there and has been fine ever since.

If you have tuneECU you can check to see if the clutch switch is working on the test/ diagnostic page.

I bypassed mine just to clean up the wiring when I rewired for my bar extenders.
