Want to Buy Damaged R3/Engine.

Hi all.
I'm having the 4th to 5th gearshift issue which I can see is a rather common fault on this bike.

Instead of buying the parts, which I'm not sure what are, I'm thinking of finding a damaged R3, or an engine to just swap, then I could fix the old one after I'm ready to ride again.

But I'm really having trouble finding any, am I looking the wrong places?
I believe inside EU would be best, due to VAT/Tax from outside, but if the deal is sweet, I might get it shipped inside EU.

Hope you guys can help me out with links/good deals or whatever.

Even weirder, mines a 2006 model (black engine) but registered 2005
