Clutch not engaging

I changed bars out and now my bike will not engage in gears...
I need to know how to adjust clutch to allow bike to engage.

It sounds like you need to reroute the clutch cable to gain some slack. Try running the cable to the rear of the handlebars. If this does not work you may need a longer clutch cable.

Instructions for clutch adjustment are in the manual, in my signature link. It must be adjusted EXACTLY right.

Also, as stated above, you may need to reroute the cable, or replace it with a longer one.

The manual is pretty straightforward as I used it to adjust last summer... and if I can do it I know anyone can... You'll need to remove the left part of the radiator shroud for proper access and measuring.

I think I got her...
Engaging early now and adjust buck at lever nicely, thanks all. Time to spin her up and eat up some miles!
