Cleaning/polishing the exhaust

Which cleaner would you recommend?

Most of the time I am using (on cold exhaust) a very fine steel wool (000) with WD40. It works on Chrome surface without any issue.

These are pieces of the tarp(?) I use to cover the Rocket - As I had to rent a place for the rocket I cant wait until the engine is cold.

I use this unexpensive tip (steel wool + WD40 spray) to remove some plastic from rain cloth melted on exhaust. It worked perfectly with chrome exhaust without leaving any mark. If you are afraid, remove one of the cover of the exhaust and try on the surface which is not visible.

Did you try nevr dull?
I would be skeptical using steel wool.

I use Autosol metal polish on all types of metal especially chrome, aluminum and stainless and have found it the best so far.
