Chrome water pump cover change

Hi All,I`ve just bought a chrome water pump cover for my 08 classic.Supplied with it is 2 sleeves,2 screws, an inner plate & with a rubber gasket.
I just wondered before i start to take mine off, how the new stuff fit`s together inside, & any impending problems to maybe expect?.
Also,having had read some previous banter on which type of replacement coolant to use, do i need specific triumph coolant, or will any major store like halfords pre-mix do?.
In other words are they all much of a muchness, but triumph advise theirs, as they used to do castrol oils?.

Changed my own rad fluid once, just used the most expensive brand in the auto store.. pretty easy job, I believe you shouldn't mix different brands tho... so drain out completely first.
