First pic is as we were getting ready to leave from the shop where I work. The next is our bikes parked on the Battery, then me and Lisa at the Ashley River Inn where we stayed. That's my Sis and her husband on the 'wing.
Here we are at Henry's Bar on Market St.
A weekend is not long enough to see this great city. We rode all over the place, Battery, Market St. Etc. Folly Beach, over all the bridges. I really liked riding over the Cooper River Bridge at night, when it was all lit up.
Thanks for the pictures. Did you have trouble keeping the RED beast under the speed limit? Looks like the weather's clearing up in your neck of the woods. It should hit low 80's to in KC but then the next week in the 60's. Spring just isn't quite ready to bloom.
I just recently joined the American Legion Riders which along with The Patriot Guard do escort service for fallen Veterans. I missed a ride about an hour north of KC several days ago and lucky for me. Most of them got sick from rat poisoning of their food at a cafe in Hiawatha, Kansas. Maybe there is something to say for KARMA!
I had to do 5 weeks of training last fall in Charleston. Neat town and would be great to ride in. Did you happen to make it to the Market Street Saloon? The ladies might not appreciate it as much as the guys, kind of a Coyote Ugly type of bar.

We walked by Market Street Saloon, but didn't go in. It was real crowded. The Cooper River Bridge run was saturday, so there were healthy, skinny people everywhere.
