Changing out front springs-need some help

Hi,
Does anyone have any experience changing out the front springs? I have some Progressive's that I am wanting to mount. I figure lifting the bike up to get the weight off the front end. A few tips would help greatly. Currently I did install Progressive 430s in the back and they are awesome and ride fantastic.

There are some tools you'll need.

I have them and as soon as I change mine out, I will be loaning them out.
