Cat box bypass

Where can i get a bypass pipe for the Catalytic converter in a R3 touring?
Do I need to get one custom made?
Up here in Ontario we do not require emissions testing for motorcycles so I think it would be a good idea to take mine out.

On the R3T cats are in the mufflers, only way to remove is new mufflers. The box under bike is empty, some one has cut it open and posted pictures on a Rocket forum before. I think removing the empty box and replacing with a good flowing pipe would help but don't know for sure.
