I have seen either one or the other, with similar results (200~hp), but what would stop someone (other than good sense and the need for self preservation) for getting the Carpenter head work and then using either a turbo or super charger? has someone already tried this, and if so, what were the results?

Yes first one to do that years ago, supercharger with Neville Lush pistons/valves/cams + other goodies
Was 350hp now over 400hp & 300ftlb
Crazy powerful not for the faint hearted.

Anthony there is no real link to a kit like mine but Richard from TTS performance does offer cams and pistons with his TTS kit now. I cannot speak for Les but I had the TTS kit first which had plenty of power. But it does become addicting so I added Carpenter goodies to mine. I do not think the Boost is good kit would even mount on the new Roadster models because of the ABS unnit in the back of the engine. Most likely they would not work well in conjuction with the Carpenter stuff as the turbo would be done when Bobs cams start building power

Thanks for all the input guys. I am wanting to do some research for when the warranty is up in 2 years. I am going to stick to bolt on upgrades until then. But when it runs out...
