Ride
everywhere
During my second larger trip failed zippers on my both panniers. First the right, two days after the left. Both the same problem, rear zip stucked on the sharpest corner and is not able to move to any direction. There is no visible destruction, no dust or dirt, no clothing from inside. Strange is that front zip is able to run through the corner, but not smoothly.
I reported it to my dealer, I hope they will arrange the exchange for new pair. Generally, the panniers are big big fail and I don't understand how they could pass the quality and functional tests.

Triumph know that they are of poor quality and have been replacing them with 25l versions, from accounts that I have read on this forum.
Hopefully they come to the party with yours.
