Best tuning

I have 3 K & N filters and a Viking 3 into 2 exhaust on its way! I want to know what tuning works best for my 08 touring

Do those k&ns fit under the bearclaw? I have a ram air, and i feel like it makes alot of noise and it seems less torquey. I was wondering if k &ns are a better setup? Or something else. I dont want to go back to stock either.
