OK, I have removed my CES headers with the standard R3 1 3/4" (?) collector outlet size with @HansO tune and noticed the PC5 AT200 broadband O2 AFR sensor was black as night.
I am replacing with another CES header with a 2" collector outlet and single big bore exhaust muffler so it should run a bit leaner. At this stage not planning to hassle @HansO for a new tune as the current one seems quite rich and safe and no BIG change.

Should I clean the O2 and if so with what?
I have a 5 litre bottle of Isoproyl alcohol so no shortage of that! ;)

Not sure I'd use alcohol to clean it, i know ethanol (alcohol) fumes cause oxygen meters to go arseways, might be the same for exhaust lambdas. Safer stick to petrol

True to an extent, if way to rich it can actually be very harmful to the engine as gas is a natural degrease'r and can break down the oil lubricant on the cylinder walls causing premature wear.
Eff that do you have the pipes back yet????
