Looks good but do the make the different mud guard covers to fit over the back rest. If not then you might as well tack weld anything you want on her and call it good.

They are iirc more towards the cheap and cheerful end of the market. To be expected if their target audience is not going to pay oodles.
Can't recall seeing rusty ones, but then most are on clean bikes and where I live is a pretty decent "low rust risk" climate.
