ABS question from prospective R3 owner

Hello, Can anyone tell me if the 2009 Rocket 3 had ABS as an option. I saw one for sale that listed abs, but I though that did not become an option until 2010? Thank you! KH

I believe you are correct. I thought my 2010 model was the first with ABS...
