I sometimes wonder what decides the Triumph market share. Why one guy decides to get a Bonneville, America, Thruxton etc. Thunderbird and Rocket I can see.

I looked my bike over completely and couldn't find any green brackets anywhere, so that's a plus in the Rockets favor.....

He obviously loves the thing. Good Aussie humour. The keys on my 69 TR6 did the same thing to the headlight bracket good to see they've stuck with tradition. Would have been worse on the 72 TR6 if I hadn't learnt my lesson and had nothing on the key as the ignition was on the Side cover on oil in frame models. Bent and broke quite a few keys with my jeans getting hooked on the key when starting though .

Wouldn't have a new Bonneville if you paid me .. got me rooted how they can actually make a 900cc fuel injected engine so gutless .. like the bloke said the suspension, brakes and seat are crap as well. But they sell a sh!tload of'em so what would I know .... know enough not to own one , that's what
