2020 Triumph Rocket 3 GT
Hi Everyone!
I just joined this forum, this is my first post.

The manual for my 2020 r3 says that there should be 42 psi (2.90 bar) in both the front and rear? I am used to more like 35 psi (2.40 bar) for the front.
Has anyone played around with the pressires? If so, results? Recommendations?

Thanks!
Joe

More air longer wear and less heat, less air more handling more heat buildup. Wherever you set psi wirh a 10 degree temperature change 2 psi will change in tire. So you set to 40 and its 70degrees, if the next day its 60 when you check before you ride psi will nor be 40 so keep it checked, Unless you are maxed out on gross weight set where you like. If you want long life set ataround the 42 max cold. If you are a hooligan set where bike handles best and replace when handlng falls off. 3000 to 10000 miles your choice. welcome to the forum

I’ve been running the recommended 42/42 and it seems to work well for me. I believe the Triumph engineers have done a nice job with this bike so I’ll go with their pressures.

Thanks Dr.D., I agree, they did an excellent job with this bike.
