If you have the stock tune for TORs (20776), it's too lean with the Ramair. Assuming you're willing to take the chance that messing with the tuning could void your warranty, get TuneECU and start messing.
This tune is for slip-ons and triple filters. I would try this first on your way to have it dyno tested. If it seems smooth with good high-end power, and the dyno test shows good power and air/fuel over 3000 rpm is 13.5-13.7 at WOT, then keep it. Otherwise, take 20776 for TORs, open the secondaries 100% at the top end, load it, buy a PCV and install it, then take it to a good tuner and have it tuned.
