I have owned the motorcycle for last 6 years and have put on almost 20k miles. I skid off road couple of months ago and damaged the radiator mounting, right turn indicator, small dent on tank, bent brake pedal, saddlebag were torn and radiator right cover. The Insurance company totaled the motorcycle and I purchased the motorcycle from the insurance company & replaced/repaired the damaged parts .
>radiator mount was repaired and installed
>complete right turn indicator assembly was replaced
>gas tank is not repaired and still need to replace the right side chrome radiator cover (currently have a black painted cover on)
The motorcycle is good riding condition (have put at least 800miles since the repair).Some of the other work this year done not related to the accident
>New front tire( less than 500miles)
>Front mud guard was changed to a chrome stripe kind
>Front suspension is rebuilt
>Transmission Output shaft bearing was replaced earlier in the year
Since I purchased new motorcycles I am not riding the Rocket as much and would like to make room in the garage. The engine is in great condition and would not hesitate one bit to go on a 1000-2000 miles trip.
I have also have few accessories and a chassis for sale separately on a different thread. If anybody is interested in accessories then can sell the motorcycle ,spare chassis and all accessories for $5000
