2005 3xk&n's with slip on exhaust.

Im looking for a tune for my bike. Im running the Power-Tripp Jardine 3xK&NRU-2780 the bike feels great but im lacking top end. bike will not pass the 120mph mark. The top speed limit is at the max mph i can set it too. i have the 02 sensor turned off. Any help would be great or should i run another tune. I have triple filters and a free flowing slip on connected to the headers. Bike has no cats and when i pulled the plugs they looked great. also very little backfire with current tune. I did try to run the TOR with tuneboy filter tune but the idle was way off and bike wanted to stall at idle and when declaration. I also got alot of back fire with that tune.
