Here it is at the moment, currently undergoing some heavy maintenance.

This is it properly assembled.

It has only 9000 miles or so. It's an occasional bike, but I love riding it. It was due a big service and the valve clearances doing so I stripped it down and discovered some corrosion in places (around the number plate holder mostly), so decided to treat it properly, hence the big strip down. I'll have it back together in a day or two.

I recently test rode the new Rocket and loved it. What the original bike should've been all along really. However, the day after I rode mine and realised how much I really like it. It's a fab bike.

It's been reliable. Couple of batteries and a gear position sensor, that's all.

By the way, the only mods I've done is fitting a backrest and adding an air horn. The original horn is like a little eek from a mouse - pathetic, and the Mrs insisted on a backrest.

Hello and welcome from Northern Ontario. Looks like you appreciate tinkering... Another rider from Switzerland. Glad to have you aboard. Can you take a few more pics of the surrounding countryside? Much appreciated.
