When one has installed a TTS chargerkit on his bike you have to remove some sensors (i had to) in order getting a fine running engine. Ennoyinging thing is the enginemanagement speedometer light is on constantly. I want to get rid of this light. Is anyone familiar with uninstalling this bulb...
I moved to a Brembo one, less lever pinchforce too ,despite stronger clutchplatesprings. Another thing to beware of was (mine issue) the oberon slavecylinder was creating a vacuum under the closed tts cap ,so in time engineoil was sucking in along the slavecylinderseals. I did sort it out by...
hydraulic clutch lever is a cheap chinese(?) piece of s***. After some time the leverpressure suddenly is gone. And at that moment you will see, there you are, on a road in the middle of nowhere.
I'm sorry, don't have any flow charts, just Dyno run chart. Btw, if I had some flow chart you cannot compare those cause your engine set up is not the same like mine. My opinion.
It turned out Idid the lapping job almost right. 'Almost',cause after lapping I only should have had one slight tap on the valve in order to be connected well to its seat... :banghead:
max rpm 8000 . No risk of floating valves , connectingrods are looking for a coming out of the crankcase? 😰 maybe you did change some other engineparts too ?
Hmm,what about bbq'ing your right leg? About flowdesign : If you like, just have a look onto the computer designed spaghetti twisted F1 headers, each pipe has the same lenght. (just like my bike does)
I did this valvejob already some times before without issues. But meanwhile the issue has been solved, I 'hammered' with a light tap onto the valvesurfaces,(from about a 0,40 " above the seat) and the leaking was gone :) I'm a believer again !
