    Final Drive

Are you referring to the bevel box gears? Pretty sure there's no way to change the drive ratio on them like a ring and pinion. The gearing is built into the transmission gears.

Rear break master cylinder recall r3 gt

I found out here. Called Ft Worth dealer and made an appointment. They did both recalls while I waited. She is much firmer now, like it should be.

Rear break master cylinder recall r3 gt

Nor mine, you have to check for yourself on the recall link. How many master cylinders would that be, thousands? Better get in line.

Rear break master cylinder recall r3 gt

It started out being the fault of the assembly line. They weren't getting the air out. Then it was the fault of the service technitions for not bleeding them correctly, now it's the buyers fault for not doing a pre-ride check or for buying a Triumph in the first place. Just when is Triumph...

Rear break master cylinder recall r3 gt

This is the second US recall for the very same issue. Some of the bikes across the pond have been getting the "pipes" replaced. Brake lines? Master cylinder? Design problem? This has been going on for years now. My bike wasn't included in the first recall although it was affected from the...

Rear break master cylinder recall r3 gt

Well how about that? So I see the blame is being put on riders not doing a proper safety check. The brake isn't at fault, lol.

    Trans went

I was just thinking about your situation and was wondering if all of the grounding lugs/wires have been reattached to the frame to the battery. Sometimes one is under a bolt that had to be removed and might be hanging left ungrounded.

    Trans went

You might look at all the wiring plug pins to be sure they are all seated in the connecting plugs after the unplugging and all. Probably not but sometimes they can be plugged in 180 degrees off doing weird things. At least it runs so making progress.

    Trans went

Maybe just put the header back on to see if it smoothes it out. I'd think it would need some back pressure to idle correctly.

Is anybody having trouble with the LCD Gauge display not staying on a 2020 R3?

See post #1. Plus I like how it lifts it a little closer to see at speed and stays in line of sight. The mod also cleans up the tank strap area, giving more room easier to clean...

Is anybody having trouble with the LCD Gauge display not staying on a 2020 R3?

I have a few I'll post up. When you flip the mount, there is a small tab that has to be ground off the mount for it to work in the reverse. Then you can run the loom under or over the bars. I went over to clean up the tank mount area. It is hidden by the flyscreen and cowl anyway. You might have...

    TPMS ... Stopped working

The manual recommends 42 in both but I run my rear at 40. I think it's personal preference but the higher pressures make for a stiffer ride. As long as it's not losing pressure while you ride all is well. Most of my gremlins have come from loosening battery terminals. The turn signal errors...

    TPMS ... Stopped working

I always turn mine off. The battery lasts much longer. The TPMS on my KTM is touchy too. Sometimes I have to have the valve stems up when turning it on for it to function right away, or it takes a few miles. I never fitted it to the Rocket 3. The pressure to keep in the tires is what they are...

    Grinding Vibrations

If it was just serviced have you verified the oil and gear drive levels are correct? After my last dealer service the engine was 2 quarts low of oil and the rear needed more gear oil.
