    Any good photoshoppers please?

Here you go. Made some mistakes which I didn't have time to correct, but I think you get an ok impression.

    TTS Supercharger

I don't have a Rocket but would prefer silver to show off the beautiful parts and because the engine is black. Too much black otherwise IMO.

    Any good photoshoppers please?

Well I was curious what you could accomplish in photoshop, so I might as well post it even if MIG and Boog beat me to it... The black is perhaps a little blueish (?) but I tried to keep some contour.

I need help, I really am starting to hate my new Rocket GT

One can only wonder why. Most customers who need panniers on their Rocket buy the OEM ones, even if they are somewhat subpar. Likewise most would buy an OEM windshield or mudguard if they were available. So from a selling point it would be profitable I'm sure.

    Old bike

It's a beauty! I have a special love for twin boxers just for the looks. And like Mighty Mouse I like the colour scheme - very well balanced. Yellow bikes usually scream too much but this one I would buy myself. Envious!

I need help, I really am starting to hate my new Rocket GT

There seem to be many perspectives and opinions on what the new R3 offers - or should offer - in terms of comfort. I think Triumph said they aimed for a roadster more than anything else, so touring comfort was probably never a priority. Even so, it puzzles me why Triumph haven't made a real...

    Lower seat - suggestions?

Spec says seat height is 773 mm for R vs 750 mm for GT - so GT should be 23 mm (almost 1 inch) lower. I sat on both at the dealer and while there was a difference it was small. Don't know if the touring rider seat you mention is the same as the GT seat though.

R3 Touring model differences over the years?

That's not correct, it's the other way around (you probably just mixed them up). The new 2.5L models from 2019- are badged Rocket 3. The old 2.3L models were badged Rocket III. I've never seen the new 2.5L models referred to as RIII. They are always R3. But the old 2.3L models are sometimes...

    Key Fob

Yes, the spare keys have a chip, so you can use them to start the bike. Why don't you have them, did you buy a used bike? The previous owner should have given you the spare keys, if not I would be seriously concerned. The keys are not used for the steering lock, the manual is wrong on that one...

    Run premium fuel?

Can we actually be sure what brand of fuel there is in the pump? In Europe, I've heard rumours that local gas stations often get the fuel from one and the same refinery, so the station sign would not be a guarantee for a certain brand of fuel. But I have no idea if this is true and US is a...

    Key Fob

I don't have a Rocket 3 (yet?) but I think I would ditch the smart key and use the spare key only. Does anyone know: 1. If you only use the spare key (i.e. never use the smart key) can you still get the "out of range" message? I mean, does the software still look for the smart key from time to...

Namaste from the north of India

Hey Akash, thanks for your picture. I've been wondering how the rims would look in metal finish or silver paint, and they look great!

Failed Key-Fob ended 7500km Trip short

I feel your frustration, you had so much trouble just because of a malfunctioning smart key... Of course it happens on your long trip and not around town... I wish the smart key system was optional - personally I don't like it and don't need it. If I understand this correctly it was not only...

Haven't seen this colour before. Found in the UK configurator.

    Magnetic Union Jack Tank Decals

Great idea! I think the black ones look great on a black bike. Be careful though to not scratch the paint if they come on and off frequently, or if they can move around just a little when attached.

    Madstad windshield!

No, or at least very little with my jet helmet, I would say it's effortless. Not so at all with my integral helmet which catches quite a lot of wind. And to be clear I don't own a Rocket, but I think it would be the same on any naked bike.

    Madstad windshield!

Perhaps it depends on what you mean by aerodynamic. My jet helmet has a large, round visor and I can turn my head without any effort at all on a naked bike. My integral helmet is much more pointy and catches the wind when I turn my head, which is a bit uncomfortable.

    Uh-Oh!!!!...off Facebook...

That's if you have figured out how to position the nozzle properly so the pump shuts off - apparently not everyone has. It seems to be a learning experience that could have unfortunate consequences. I don't have the bike, but to me the filler mechanism seems to be a design flaw. It may be...

    Uh-Oh!!!!...off Facebook...

If it wasn't clear, by "managed" I meant did the rider suffer any injuries. (As a non-native English speaker, I quite often wonder whether I was using the right expression to not be misinterpreted...)
