    Which way round for oil seal on inner TDU bearing ?

    Sounds like the front bearing TDU is around the wrong way, it needs an oil supply :( ............replace it 8) You may also want to replace the housing the later one is machined deeper to allow more room for the bearing, preload was compromised by the original part.

    Cam Cover Question

    All the rocker cover bolts should have finishing caps, makes her look cleaner, obviously all yours have gone west, usually when pressure washing, thats another reason to only use tap hose pressure. :wink:

    Anyone interested in carbon-kevlar fly screen ? not sure if anyone else makes them, the kevlar one still has to be trimmed up, but would look like the finished carbon one, need to be fine sanded and clearcoated.
