    Well I found that out too, I sent them a question Wednesday night when I was having a problem, and haven't heard from them, I was under the impression that they were pretty good about returning email especially for the unlock code, I was hoping to have this done for the weekend.

    Ok, so I broke down and bought the tuneboy software, installed it and have it talking to the bike, how long does it take to get your unlock code from tuneboy? I sent it about 6 o'clock Thursday night and didn't receive it yet, I thought it usually takes a couple of hours or so.

    You're right, it's complicated, so if I'm reading this right, I should have the triumph's tune for the tors+by-pass, then do the PCIII, I don't know about removing the secondaries just yet, I still have 9 months of warranty yet.

    I appreciate it anyway, called the dealer tuesday, they weren't suprised that triumph packed two of the same pipes, they shipped out the right pipe yesterday, and I got it today, just installed them, they're pretty loud.

    I just tried installing my tors today and found out that neither of the right side pipes has a mounting tab for the chrome cover to screw to, did they not give me the right pipe? thanks

    It's better to have the tune for stock exhaust and add PCIII, than to have the tune for the tors+by-pass and add PCIII, is that correct?

    After installing tors, can I run the bike, or does the factory tune have to be installed before the bike is even started, will 12 min. tune help? thanks

    Thanks for the input, this is a great site, I think for now I'm gonna install the TORS and have the dealer load triumph's tune, and then go from there in the next couple of months.
