    Easiest way to remove a rear tire is to break the bead, cut a big square with a sawzall, then cut the bead with a bolt cutter.

    Not sure on the space on the 2020, but on the antique R3s I go below the headlight around the fork tube on each side.

    Also see if they have installed an Eastern Beaver bypass, or something similar to take some of the electrical load off the starter switch. If not, that should be one of your first mods for dependability.

    Some has to do with gearing, and some with the rpm range. Higher reving engines tend to have an advantage in 1/4 mile times.

    Actually the first specs I saw on the TFC was 185, then it was lowered. But months before that, one of the big guys with Triumph North America said it would be over 200 hp.
