  1. This is a big problem!

Clean area like you'd eat off it and watch for leak again. Watch for drip/seep constantly through heat and cool cycles, don't leave garage until it does or doesn't. I'm sure if it does the leak it is repairable, but if leaking, I'd involve triumph in the problem before making repair.

  4. 2005 ignition switch removal

believe mine were small round headed security screws, I used a pair of needle nosed locking pliers and turned a little at a time. Replaced with allen headed bolts
  5. Did I just mess up my cam cover?

    Yes, that's like my cover.
  6. Did I just mess up my cam cover?

Should have noted mine has chrome cover, other covers could be different. Mine also has ridges to help hold gasket.
  7. Did I just mess up my cam cover?

Clean, sounds like they put a sealer on cover. I'd try cleaning surface with lacquer thinner, or acetone. Rubber gasket should be able to seal with or without the sealer as long as a thin covering.

  12. Cracked head, but not what you think

Oil pressure sender is at back of the block, about in the middle, trying to remember how cams get their oil.
  13. Cracked head, but not what you think

I wouldn't have thought there would be an oil passage anywhere close, still believe could follow the line with a disc or burr and then fill with a good grade epoxy or possibly silver solder.
  14. Can a Rocket III take down the establishment, and rule this island

Over here some of the well funded teams have timing simulators to practice against, pretty sure you could assemble the timer and parts to make something work, and you could make it as elaborate as you wanted.
  15. Can a Rocket III take down the establishment, and rule this island

I agree with your decision, I'd have everything race ready before going to the track. Do they only have drags once a year, that's a real bummer. I guess we take having multiple drag strips available weekly for granted. Some have tracks available three - four time a week.
  16. Cracked head, but not what you think

I don't believe it's a pressure leak or you would have more leakage. I'd try several fixes before pulling the head inside the frame tubes.
  17. Cracked head, but not what you think

I've heard of this several times but seems to always be a leaking gasket or faulty valve cover. Make a thorough inspection to be certain and if it actually is a crack, I'd vee it out lightly with a dremel tool or something similar and fill with a good epoxy and sand/ file smooth.
