Good catch on the differing discount by colour @Jabo75
(the grey one was actually also 40% off the day before)
Hope you enjoy it!
Edit - looks like you can still get 40% off (although it may not be exactly 40 if they first deduct 30 then -10 off that -30 price)
Just need to check the box AND...
I bought this tool under a funding development program - paid $49.99 for it
(the Funding program was a good example of how NOT to do this - it was executed absolutely horribly; the product was about 5 months late and they reneged on everyone other...
I agree solenoid more likely the issue - has significant failure rate over the relay
You can actually test if relay by just swapping one of the 4 pins in temporarily (e.g. fan relay) lights won't work but starter circuit should; if same problem you know is the solenoid
Stated earlier in...
As mentioned - and quoted - from earlier in the thread, I am on bit of hiatus from KeyLess at the moment - hope to resume when I find a suitable replacement for the RFID module - I have identified a couple of units to try out to see if they will be suitable for purpose. Perhaps sometime in the...
Can you clarify please:
Are you flicking to the main beam WHILE you have starter button pressed?
I suspect not, as there is no current flowing through headlight circuit with starter relay energized
So you release the button, flick to high beam and then press start again and it works?
Take a look at Leader Accessories - Motorcycle Action Camera Mounts Work with All Cameras
This is mine (I have a Sony but they also accommodate Go Pro) - see details plus picture here - Camera Mount
Here (below) is a good example of a GoPro mount - Urban "Shortie" Camera Mount - Universal...
Excellent demo @Kevin frazier
As we discussed off-line, it almost looks like it is ahead of the Daytona - however I think more likely, that is a calibration factor in the indication of one device vs the other (i.e. the indicated value, as opposed to the response time) - either way, it for sure...
Just a thought:
Since you have LED headlights, did you remove the park light sockets? These tend to short out if not populated with a bulb. VERY common source of park fuse blowing when LED headlights are installed
The guy above re-did the test to show phone and OEM gauges in same image
It's not perfect but it's actually pretty good, good enough to dispel my previous misgivings I would say. I think a lot of this is down to the device and in this case, you get what you pay for (although it would...
I would think you might look to higher rated springs, not just cranking on the pre-load - and its just going to make it really harsh if you try to make it 'stiffer' by adjusting the damping
Normally to adjust pre-load you should be adjusting for the static sag (how much it deviates from the...
Don't bother too much about it - it doesn't really matter in the great scope of things, it's still 'short' whether than be 0.5, 6, or 10 or whatever
When does the great disassembly begin?
Or waiting for part in hand first?
