Thoughts on ordering a hybrid R/GT Rocket?

I took the R demo for a test ride thinking I would like the GT bars better but not the forward pegs. After 10 minutes I found the R bars to be very comfortable. So I bought the demo, it's RED!!!!, and added all the luggage, tank and back bag, luggage rack with back rest, quick shifter, heated grips like the GT{both should come with these!!}, and the GT windscreen. Dealer is fitting all of it now. I'm not sure if you can order a new Rocket as i was told by my dealer they are sold out!! But your dealer can do whatever you want, as long as you pay for it

I think the “silver thing” is beautiful. Joe has a black R there now, which looks a lot nicer than I expected. The black wheels suit it much better than on the red one in my opinion. I’d probably get a black GT but would want it with black wheels. What am I saying? I’m not getting a Rocket. I’m not getting a Rocket.
Seriously, I am not getting a Rocket.

I feel the same way, once this is all done with ... I'm 'not' getting a Rocket either, probably a red one!
I have the mid controls on order. I'll let you know how it goes. Can't be that bad. The bars might be a little more work. I'm keeping the GT bars.
